1. Account Registration

Institutes must:

• Provide accurate information during signup
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

2. Service Usage

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy app features
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Disrupt service operations

3. Payments & Refunds

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refund requests must be submitted to support@eduzapp.com.

4. Intellectual Property

Eduzapp retains all rights to the platform. Institutes own their data but grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Institutes may terminate with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eduzapp isn't liable for indirect damages or service interruptions beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 6 months.
